Course Outline

This group was developed with kids, parents and Covid-19 in mind. We provide general information on anxiety and tips and tools on how to manage it in 4 easy sessions, with tons of resources. We broke it down into 2 sessions for parents and 2 sessions for kids and parents to watch together. The whole package retails for $600, each session is 1 hour, and the sale price is $250. You can also submit this receipt if you have extended health benefits for work under social work and mental health.

Also included in the price is a 15 min consultation with Creative Counselling after buying the anxiety package for any personalized questions.

Please note you cannot download the videos they are yours to watch for 45 days, but the power points are yours to keep.
