Insurance & Coverage
We want accessing therapy to be as simple and stress-free as possible.
While Creative Counselling does not offer direct billing to private insurance companies, we will provide you with a detailed receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Since coverage varies between plans, we recommend checking with your insurance company to understand your benefits before your first appointment.
We’re also pleased to share that all of our therapists are approved providers for Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and can provide services for clients with eligible NIHB Status Card coverage.
